<li>Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, gratuity, and labor laws</li>

<li>Support audits and maintain HR documentation as per company standards</li>
</ul>

Payroll &amp; Attendance Support

<ul>
<li>Assist in attendance tracking, shift rosters, and leave management</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Coordinate payroll inputs and resolve employee salary-related queries</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure timely submission of payroll data</li>
</ul>

Employee Engagement &amp; Welfare

<ul>
<li>Support employee engagement activities, townhalls, festivals, and CSR initiatives</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Address employee queries and provide first-level HR support</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Assist in grievance handling and employee relations activities</li>
</ul>

Performance Management

<ul>
<li>Coordinate probation, confirmation, and performance appraisal processes</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Track goal setting, PDPs, and performance documentation</li>
</ul>

Training &amp; Development

<ul>
<li>Support training programs, onboarding training, and mandatory compliance trainings</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maintain training records and assist in learning initiatives</li>
</ul>

HR Systems &amp; Reporting

<ul>
<li>Update HR systems (MyTalent, Fairplanner, WOT, etc. if applicable)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Prepare HR reports related to manpower, attrition, attendance, and complianceDesired Qualifications &amp; Skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>2–3 years of HR experience (hospitality preferred)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Knowledge of labor laws, payroll basics, and HR processes</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and HR systems</li>
</ul>

<li>High level of confidentiality and professionalism </li>
