Key Responsibilities 
CSR Strategy &amp; Execution:

</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Identify and partner with credible NGOs, social enterprises, and community-based organizations for project implementation.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure CSR initiatives align with CSR legal compliance requirements </li>
</ul>
Employee Engagement &amp; Volunteering:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Design and drive employee volunteering programs that align with CSR goals and encourage widespread participation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Act as a CSR champion within the organization, motivating employees across all levels to engage in social impact activities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Organize CSR events, donation drives, campaigns, and awareness sessions within the organization. </li>
</ul>
Program Management &amp; Monitoring:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Create annual CSR plans, project timelines, and KPIs to monitor impact and performance.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Track budgets, resources, and CSR spends; ensure accurate reporting as per statutory and internal audit requirements.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conduct impact assessments of key CSR initiatives and submit detailed reports to leadership and relevant stakeholders. </li>
</ul>
Internal &amp; External Communication

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate with internal communications to regularly highlight CSR initiatives across platforms (emails, newsletters, town halls, etc.).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Represent the company in external forums, CSR summits, and community engagements to build brand reputation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain CSR section of company website and publish sustainability/CSR reports where required. </li>
</ul>
Qualifications &amp; Skills

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Sustainability, Communications, or a related field.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">610 years of relevant experience in CSR roles, preferably in IT/ITES/BPO environments.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong understanding of CSR regulations and frameworks (e.g., Companies Act CSR rules, UN SDGs, ESG indicators).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage external NGO/vendor partnerships.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Passionate about social causes, community development, and creating a culture of purpose within the organization. </li>
</ul>
