Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

Employee Relations &amp; Engagement

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Lead resolution of complex employee grievances and workplace concerns within defined SLAs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Drive proactive employee engagement initiatives and engagement action planning.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain an attrition rate aligned with business targets through structured retention strategies.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conduct skip-level meetings, townhalls, and leadership connect programs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Oversee exit interviews, analyze turnover data, and recommend corrective actions.</li>
</ul>

Performance &amp; Talent Management

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure timely goal setting and KRA sign-offs across levels.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Lead half-yearly and annual performance appraisal cycles.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Monitor and guide performance improvement plans and capability development initiatives.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Drive leadership development and high-potential employee programs.</li>
</ul>

Compliance &amp; Governance

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure strict adherence to labor laws and statutory compliance.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Enforce organizational policies including Discipline Policy, Code of Conduct, Security Policy, Zero Tolerance Policy, United Privacy Policy, and Learning Agreement.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conduct disciplinary proceedings and ensure policy compliance across the unit.</li>
</ul>

HR Operations &amp; Process Excellence

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Oversee HR operations including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and role changes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure adherence to training plans and capability development frameworks.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Implement process improvements to enhance HR service delivery efficiency.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless HR support across departments.</li>
</ul>

Employer Branding &amp; Organizational Development

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Lead employer branding initiatives to strengthen market presence.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Drive change management initiatives and organizational transformation projects.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications &amp; Experience

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">12+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to HR Business Partnering in BPO/ITeS/Call Center environments.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliances.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven experience in handling large employee populations (1000+ employees preferred).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Demonstrated success in reducing attrition and improving engagement scores.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in HR metrics and reporting.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Willingness to work onsite in Gurgaon and flexible to work in 24/7 business environments.</li>
</ul>
