Job Responsibilities:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Own and constantly review all the global data protection compliance arrangements to include updating policies, and guidelines, centralizing processes, and putting in place robust, time-bound remedial plans where necessary.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Develop and maintain relevant global internal data privacy policies, records, and training &amp; and conduct periodic verification &amp; and validation of the practices implemented globally vis-à-vis data privacy</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Inform and advise IGT on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) along with other applicable local data protection laws and its requirements, liaising with local support as required.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Serving as a subject matter expert for developing &amp; and implementing a robust data protection plan.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Liaise with other Business functions as necessary on cross-departmental data privacy Matters.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Contribute to the development and implementation of privacy standards, guidelines, and procedures.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Assist with the privacy elements of client information security audits, questionnaires, proposals of engagement agreements etc. to demonstrate that the IGT privacy arrangements meet client expectations and industry standards.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Assist with the investigation of privacy and security breaches, and with any associated disciplinary, legal and remedial matters as necessary.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Act as a liaison to the firm's Corporate Governance and compliance in relation to global data privacy issues.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Monitor the industry landscape to keep visibility on evolutions, trends, and best practices related to Data Privacy.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ensure that systematic compliance audits are undertaken and that their findings are reported and acted upon</li>
</ul>

Knowledge, Skills, Other Abilities:

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Should be a law Graduate</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Demonstrate experience in managing data privacy issues</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Solid working knowledge of complex privacy concepts, principles, and standards (including</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">transfer of data) and their application in an international enterprise setting.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Capable of conducting data privacy compliance reviews and audits.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Should have excellent communication &amp; and presentation skills</li>
</ul>

</ul>
Relevant Experience &amp; Desired Education:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience in driving Data Protection &amp; Privacy &amp; Audits</li>
</ul>
