Key Responsibilities:

<ul>
<li>Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation/updating/modification process for all the Oracle HCM modules</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Stakeholder Management: Work with SuccessFactors vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure the success of the implementation and resolve any technical or business-related issues. Act as the primary liaison between business units (HR, IT, Finance, etc.) and the implementation team. Understand business and leadership requirements on people metrics and translate them into technical solutions within SuccessFactors.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>System Configuration &amp; Customization: Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules where needed, according to business needs and best practices.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Training, testing &amp; Quality assurance of HR tech products: Develop and deliver training materials and user guides. Plan for pilots, testing, provide end-user training and support for HR professionals and other business users to ensure smooth adoption of the system.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Change Management and digital adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products, including communication, training, and end-user engagement to ensure the successful adoption of technology solutions, both to HR teams and wider global workforce.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation. Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:

<ul>
<li>Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle HCM certifications) are a plus.</li>
</ul>

Experience:

<ul>
<li>Overall 12 to 15+ years of experience with experience in implementing HR Systems / Support Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations (across multiple modules)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services function</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights function</li>
</ul>

Technical Skills:

<ul>
<li>Experience with Oracle HCM implementation and Project Management</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Knowledge of Oracle HCM integration with other HR and enterprise systems (BMC Helix or any other third-party tools)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>High proficiency in excel, macro and other report automation tools</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong knowledge of automation tools across HR lifecycle</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Familiarity with Gen AI tools</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Familiarity with data migration, testing, and validation within the SuccessFactors environment</li>
</ul>
