Recruitment &amp; Sourcing

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, primarily focusing on high-volume hiring for various BPO roles (e.g., Customer Service Representatives, Technical Support Agents, Team Leaders).</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networking sites, employee referrals, and direct calls to build a strong talent pipeline.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, attitude, and fit for the BPO environment (e.g., communication clarity, work ethic, flexibility).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and conduct follow-up as needed.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate and timely candidate information. </li>
</ul>

Required Qualifications 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience: 1-5 years of experience as a Recruiter, specifically handling high-volume BPO or Call Center hiring is mandatory. </li>
</ul>
Skills: 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong knowledge of BPO industry hiring needs and recruitment best practices.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong interviewing and presentation abilities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various job portals (e.g.,Naukari Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Goal-oriented and able to meet demanding hiring targets and deadlines.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. </li>
