RESPONSIBILITIES

<ul>
<li>Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM modules, including but not limited toHuman Resources, Core Compensation, Reporting and Security.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborate with Client’s Project team, HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Utilize consulting abilities, business acumen, and specialized solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate the functionalities into the client's business ecosystem, ensuring the attainment of the client expected business result.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Optimize and maintain the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Provide end-user training and support, addressing queries, conducting workshops, and creating documentation to enhance user understanding and adoption of Workday functionalities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Troubleshoot system issues, investigate errors, and provide timely resolutions to ensure system reliability and user satisfaction.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, and test integrations between Workday and other HR systems or third-party applications.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Stay updated with Workday releases, new features, and industry trends, evaluating their impact, and proposing relevant system enhancements</li>
</ul>

Required technical and professional expertise

<ul>
<li>Certified Workday HCM professional with significant hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Workday Core HCM modules.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Certification any other advanced modules are preferred.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Competence and relevant experience in leading/supporting workshops for WD Core HCM module in at least 1 project.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>4+year experience in end-to-end implementation/AMS/Rollout of Core HCM modules for American, European and/or APAC customer businesses are preferred.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Knowledge of core HCM localization and legislative requirements in various countries in APAC, Europe, and North America</li>
</ul>

Preferred technical and professional experience

<ul>
<li>Good problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment</li>
</ul>
