Key Responsibilities

<li>Execute influencer campaigns end-to-end: creator sourcing, outreach, coordination, and closures</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Coordinate with creators for briefs, drafts, revisions, approvals, and posting timelines</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ensure content follows brand guidelines and quality standards</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Track campaigns, maintain sheets, and prepare basic performance reports</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Work with internal creative and performance teams on briefs and learnings</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Maintain creator databases (rates, categories, past performance)</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Follow SOPs and ensure timely delivery with no misses </li>
</ul>
Requirements 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">2–4 years experience in influencer marketing, brand marketing, or account management</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong execution skills with multiple campaigns and tight timelines</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Good communication with clients and creators</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting</li>
</ul>

</ul>
