Key Responsibilities

1. Invoice Processing

<ul>
<li>Receive, review, and approve invoices in accordance with contractual agreements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure accurate coding and timely processing of invoices.</li>
</ul>

2. Payment Processing

<ul>
<li>Prepare and execute electronic payments and fund transfers.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Record financial transactions in journals, ledgers, and accounting systems.</li>
</ul>

3. Account Reconciliation

<ul>
<li>Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Monitor payment schedules to ensure timely settlements.</li>
</ul>

4. Vendor Management

<ul>
<li>Maintain up-to-date vendor records and contact information.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Respond to vendor inquiries and support vendor statement reconciliations.</li>
</ul>

5. Financial Reporting

<ul>
<li>Support month-end close activities, including:</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Prepaid amortization</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Fixed asset depreciation</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Accruals</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Flux analysis</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Contribute to year-end close processes, including 1099 and 1042 compliance.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Assist with financial statement preparation and external audits.</li>
</ul>

6. Compliance and Controls

<ul>
<li>Ensure adherence to internal policies and standard operating procedures.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maintain accurate and complete financial records.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Support implementation and maintenance of internal controls.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as TDS, TCS, GST, and MSME regulations.</li>
</ul>

7. Continuous Improvement

<ul>
<li>Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Stay informed on industry best practices, tools, and relevant regulatory changes.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications

<ul>
<li>Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA Inter with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience: 5–8 years in accounts payable, general accounting, or related finance roles.</li>
</ul>

Skills:

<ul>
<li>Proficient in accounting systems; experience with Oracle NetSuite is preferred.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Solid understanding of accounts payable and financial controls.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong analytical and Microsoft Excel skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. </li>
