RESPONSIBILITIES: 

<ul>
<li>Enable organic growth of the Honeywell sensing and solution business for Tamilnadu/Kerala region.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Achieve sales as per the assigned target month on month basis.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Travel length and breadth of assigned territory to map Honeywell potential.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Nurture and grow revenue with strategic key account activities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Work with Sales leaders actively to develop the strategic account plan. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Demonstrate excellent cross-functional leadership by building strong relationships with leaders and key work partners both internally and externally for collaboration, communication, and accountability. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborates with Global Marketing to develop growth and strategic direction in strategic accounts. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Driving sales campaigns, leading price discussions, product fulfilment </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Manages potential account concerns with other internal functions by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement. </li>
</ul>

Qualifications

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS: -

<ul>
<li>A Graduate degree in Engineering Electrical /Electronics/Mechanical/Instrumentation or Postgraduate in Business or a related discipline is required. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>MBA from a premier B- School is preferred </li>
</ul>

DESIRED SKILLS and EXPERIENCE: -

<ul>
<li>10-12 years of overall experience with minimum 8 years in Technical Sales and OEM Account management.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Candidate should have deep understanding of in around of Tamilnadu &amp; Kerala Automation industry market customers.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Candidates having experience of selling Pressure sensors, Electromechanical switches and from Sensor industry are preferred, Test &amp; Measurement products selling is an added advantage.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience of handling Automotive, Tier 1 component, Construction equipment manufacturer, Government PSU’s, EMS, Health care OEM Accounts are desired.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong organizational and planning skills in prioritizing in day to day sales visits along with organizational compliances are desired.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Desired candidate must demonstrate self-driven ownership to excel and sustain the sales for the assigned territory.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Preferable candidate should have go get attitude and show high level of flexibility, eager to learn and adapt in dynamic environments.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proven success in leading strategic planning, growth initiatives, and business operations in key accounts.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with Key Accounts stake holders.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong experience in SFDC and Sales Process for OEM &amp; Channel business.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Demonstrate excellent verbal written communication skills, presentation skills at Key accounts.</li>
