The role:

<li>Experience to track and ensure to manage complete life cycle of Software assets for the organization.</li>

<li>Maintain the accuracy of the data in the Asset Management System according to Service Level Agreements and responsible to Maintain, update, track and report on all assets</li>

<li>Working closely with the various IT groups responsible for various IT Assets.</li>

<li>Maintain software standards, validate product lists and maintenance contracts within the asset management database. Coordinate software license and maintenance agreement reviews.</li>

What you'll bring:

<li>7+ years' experience in software compliance management)</li>
</ul>

<ul>

Required Knowledge/ Skills:

<li>Self-organised, responsible and productive</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>ITIL Foundations Certificate and experience in multicultural environment</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Familiarity with asset management software and/or inventory tracking systems, such as Flexera, ServiceNow(with SAMSaaS modules), Zylo, Productiv... etc.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, partners, and customers</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Expert in reconciliation, matching, comparison and manual data reconciliation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Familiarity with contract/agreement review and accurate interpretation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Familiarity with software vendors and their products, including Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, Atlassian, Zoom, Miro...</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong interpersonal, collaboration, communication, and relationship skills for delivering a positive customer experience.</li>
