Your Responsibilities:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure that all payroll calculations (basic salary, overtime, bonuses, deductions, etc.) are in accordance with company policies and local regulations.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Process and review any adjustments, terminations, or new hires on the payroll system.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure payrolls comply with local tax laws, social security regulations, and labor laws in each country.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prepare and submit mandatory government filings related to payroll taxes, benefits, and social security. Stay updated on changes to payroll regulations in different regions to ensure compliance.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and discrepancies in their pay.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate with other HR functions to administer employee benefits, such as health insurance, pension, and other company-specific benefits.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain accurate records of payroll data in HRIS systems (e.g., RAMCO, ADP or others).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure data integrity and confidentiality and prepare payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Work closely with the finance department to ensure smooth payroll reconciliations.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Assist with audits and year-end reports, including balance sheet reconciliations for payroll accounts.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">For SEA and MEA, coordinate payroll activities across multiple countries, ensuring all regional specific requirements (taxes, labor laws, etc.) are met.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Implement payroll improvements and contribute to system upgrades or transitions. - Manage ad-hoc reporting or payroll-related tasks as required.</li>
</ul>

  Your Background:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">A degree in HR, finance, or a related field is typically required.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">A minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably within a multi-country environment.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficiency in payroll software and tools (e.g., RAMCO, ADP, or others). Strong Excel skills are often necessary for reporting.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">A good understanding of regional payroll tax laws and labor regulations in SEA and/or MEA countries.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle employee queries and liaise with finance and HR departments.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when dealing with complex payroll data. </li>
