<li style="margin-left:0px;">Assisting the Regional Head of Legal and Country Heads of Legal in providing legal advice and counseling to Hitachi Energy management across a broad range of legal issues or within a specialist area, and manage dispute and litigation matters as directed.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conducting legal research and prepare legal documents.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Supporting contract review and negotiation, including frame agreements, contracts, and partnerships.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Participating in the development and implementation of legal strategies.</li>
</ul>

</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Managing and communicating with external service providers, including legal counsels.</li>

</ul>

​ Your background:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Graduate degree in law.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">5 years of experience.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Licensed to practice Law in India.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Demonstrated ability to be agile and keen to learn.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Good analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
