Responsibilities:

</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Providing support to the company's on various control and vigilance mechanism.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control systems </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Evaluating and providing reasonable assurance that risk management, control, and governance systems are functioning. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Summarize “Significant Audit Observations” to the Audit Committee.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Reporting risk management issues </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Evaluating information security and associated risk exposures</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Maintaining Risk management framework</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Evaluating regulatory compliance program with consultation from legal counsel</li>
</ul>
