What you´ll do

<li style="margin-left:1.2rem;">Gain in-depth knowledge of LOCTITE® GeoSpray and RenewWrap solutions to provide tailored technical and commercial support to customers.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.2rem;">Review bid documents, optimize pricing strategies, and collaborate with design and application teams to ensure successful project execution.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.2rem;">Develop technical specifications and bidding requirements that support proper product positioning.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.2rem;">Utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate forecasts, pipelines, and sales reports.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.2rem;">Generate and analyze market intelligence and competitor insights to guide business growth.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.2rem;">Collaborate closely with Application Engineering and Customer Training teams to ensure seamless project delivery.</li>

<h4 style="margin-left:0px;">What makes you a good fit</h4>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.2rem;">Minimum 7 years of experience in technical sales within the construction or infrastructure industry; experience in pipe rehabilitation is an advantage.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.2rem;">Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering (or related technical discipline).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.2rem;">Proven track record of sales growth and successful territory development within the Indian market.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.2rem;">Strong client relationship management and technical presentation skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.2rem;">Highly motivated, competitive, and results-oriented with a strong customer focus.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.2rem;">Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and plans.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.2rem;">Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Salesforce CRM.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.2rem;">Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.2rem;">Willingness to travel 50–75% domestically by automobile and air. </li>
