What You´ll Do

<li>Coordinate and support the transport planning process to ensure delivery of goods on-time </li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Coordinate with transport planner closely and ensures availability of carriers </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Coordinate with warehouses and Customer Service Control Tower </li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Plan deliveries and solve issues communicated from transport planner during the planning process </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Provide new / changed master data to transport planner </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Review and propose improvements on transport planning scope, i.e. exclusion of lanes </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Manage transport complaints </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Provide reconciliation of deviations in carrier invoicing with Purchasing / Finance </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Prepare transport KPIs and reports </li>
</ul>
What makes you a good fit 

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Minimum 3 years of working experience, </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">BE/ B.Tech with good analytical skills, </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Proficiency with Excel (advanced functions) and data analysis tools, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies, Certification in transportation or supply chain management if any,</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience with transportation management systems (TMS), knowledge of transportation cost structures, freight pricing, and logistics operations. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
