What You´ll Do

<li>Sales Strategy &amp; Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and maximize market share within the assigned area. </li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales officers / executives. Provide ongoing coaching, motivation, and performance management to ensure high levels of productivity and engagement. </li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and business partners. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. </li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Promotional Activities: Coordinate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store events to drive brand awareness and sales. </li>

What makes you a good fit 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">4+ years of experience in FMCG/Consumer Goods/Pharma sales, with at least 2 years in a team-leading role.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Analytical mindset with strong business acumen. </li>
</ul>
