Roles and Responsibilities:

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Design, develop, and deploy Tableau dashboards, visualizations, and BI reports as per business requirements.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Work with business users to gather requirements, understand objectives, and translate them into technical specifications.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Connect Tableau to various data sources (SQL Server, Excel, cloud databases, etc.) and optimize data extraction and visualization performance.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Create calculated fields, parameters, filters, and interactive dashboard elements to support dynamic and user-driven analysis.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Perform data preparation, data blending, and data modeling using Tableau Prep and other tools when necessary.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ensure data quality and consistency across all reports and dashboards.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to understand data models and improve data pipelines.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Provide support for Tableau Server (or Tableau Cloud), including publishing workbooks, managing user access, and scheduling reports.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Conduct testing and troubleshooting of Tableau reports and dashboards to ensure accuracy and functionality.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Deliver training and documentation to end-users to improve self-service capabilities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Stay updated with the latest Tableau features, BI trends, and best practices to continuously improve reporting solutions.</li>
</ul>

Required Skills:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong experience in developing complex Tableau dashboards and visualizations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Proficient in writing SQL queries and working with relational databases.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Familiarity with Tableau Prep for data cleaning and transformation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience with performance tuning and optimization in Tableau.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and BI architecture.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.</li>
