Key Responsibilities:

Telecom Domain Expertise:

<li>Understand telecom processes and workflows, including billing and invoicing cycles.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Manage and validate purchase orders and related documentation.</li>
</ul>

Financial Operations &amp; Governance:

<ul>
<li>Handle Statements of Account, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial governance policies.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Support P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and Credit Governance processes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Drive and track Accounts Receivable (AR) activities to ensure timely collections and reporting.</li>
</ul>

Reporting &amp; Analysis:

<ul>
<li>Prepare and analyze financial reports, dashboards, and presentations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maintain and update trackers for AR and other financial metrics.</li>
</ul>

Tools &amp; Skills:

<ul>
<li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and PowerPoint for business presentations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to work with ERP systems and financial tools (SAP knowledge is a plus).</li>
</ul>

Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:

<li>Proficiency in German Read, Write, Speak (mandatory).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Knowledge of telecom industry processes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, purchase orders, and financial governance.</li>

<li>Hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable management.</li>
