Role Responsibilities

<li>Support the process of gathering information from our CMO’s to facilitate our reporting requirements. This will entail coordinating internal resources, designing data collection systems and working with our sustainability reporting team.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Support capability building across the CMO network.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Define clear, measurable sustainability targets for the CMO network.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Develop a performance management structure to measure and reward change.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ensure ESG clauses are in CMO contracts.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Drive the decarbonization transition and Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) creation with our CMOs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Establish a close relationship with Tech and Supply Chain to prioritise data collection projects, align resources and deliver against our sustainability ambition.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Develop a comprehensive sustainability strategy for the CMO network that aligns with the company's overall business commitments.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Establish roles and responsibilities for key stakeholders involved in sustainability efforts.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Develop and implement sustainability policies and guidelines for the CMO network.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Help to shape the procurement category strategy of key high impacting sustainability materials. Supporting procurement category managers to identify alternative materials, suppliers and embed as part of longer term purchasing strategy. </li>
</ul>
Why you? 
Basic Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">University degree (or equivalent) in a relative field (Science or Technical).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">2 years of total procurement or sustainability experience.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Work experience in sustainability related topics.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Demonstrated experience in navigating through organizational complexity, collaborating simultaneously with multiple teams, influencing without authority, handling escalations and associated business impact.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Excellent written and verbal English language skills. </li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Managing global projects would be an added advantage.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Good understanding of market drivers effecting category; strong commitment to keeping abreast of trends.</li>
