Responsibilities include some of the following:

<li>Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive on-platform performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Bigbasket, Swiggy and other e-comemerce platforms.</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Campaign Management: Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns to maximize ROI, CPC, CTR, and other key performance metrics.</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Performance Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency. Continuously test and optimize campaigns based on data insights.</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Budget Management: Utilize data-driven approaches to make informed decisions and optimize marketing budgets for maximum impact.</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand and Design teams</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Stay Updated: Stay informed with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics to track progress towards goals and objectives and communicate insights to stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Lead the digital capability for the brand teams as well as key stakeholders in other functional areas</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Create and pilot e-commerce initiatives</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Continue to feed the customer insight to the commercial team’s brand strategy</li>
</ul>
