Key responsibilities

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Lead hiring and building a great pool of Machine Learning Engineers for your team in GCC IN andsupport the recruitment activities of other data technology functions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Motivate coach colleagues within the Machine Learning Engineering team to help them develop technical excellence.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Define ML standards as part of the AI leadership team. Contribute to all aspects of the Data Science Project Lifecycle, with a focus on scalable operation and productionisation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Coordinate and manage competing priorities across Haleon s portfolio of AI projects.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Provide leadership and guidance on the development and monitoring of ongoing data engineering pipelines and the delivery of ML models from prototypes to production.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Own and define the key performance indicators (KPIs) and diagnostics to measure and monitor AI model performance against business goals</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Deliver Responsible AI at scale with best-in-class implementation of model explainability, reliability, security, documentation and bias mitigation in line with Haleon s Responsible AI policy and standards.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Deliver best in-class management of production cost and AI sustainability across Haleon sAI portfolio.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Build and maintain strong partner relationships for 3rd party supported ML Ops at Haleon.</li>
</ul>

Minimum Experience :
 
<ul>
<li>13+ Yrs</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">5 years in an MLE role, 2 years in leadership</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Preferred Experience:</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">8 years in MLE role, 4 of which in leadership</li>
</ul>

Minimum Education:

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">BSc in a Maths, Science, Computational Engineering or a similar scientific/ engineering discipline.</li>
</ul>

Preferred Education

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">MSc/ PHD </li>
