The role has the following key deliverables:

<li>Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the expert portfolio marketing objectives, leveraging omnichannel touch points. </li>
<li>Content Creation &amp; Optimization: Oversee content strategy. Work closely with expert brand teams to ensure all digital content is optimized for mobile and other touch points accordingly. </li>
<li>CR Management: Manage content generation &amp; trigger across different cohorts of engaged audiences (IM, Email, Webinars), creating and scheduling content, and engaging with audiences to enhance engagement &amp; message retention. Utilize CRM tools to track customer journeys and improve conversion rates. </li>

<li>Data Analysis and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI. Use data insights to refine strategies and make data-driven decisions. </li>
<li>Website Management: Collaborate with web development teams to ensure the company’s HCP facing website is user-friendly, optimized for SEO, and aligned with digital marketing goals. Manage website content updates, landing pages, and A/B testing. </li>
<li>E-commerce and Digital Sales Support: Support D2C initiatives by developing targeted campaigns and optimizing product listings. Ensure seamless integration of digital marketing efforts with D2C objectives. </li>
<li>Trend Monitoring and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new digital tools, and emerging platforms. Experiment with innovative marketing tactics to maintain a competitive edge in the digital space. </li>
<li>Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with brand, creative, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all digital touchpoints and alignment with overall marketing goals. </li>

Qualification and Experience: 
<ul>
<li>2-4 years of industry experience. Prior experience in content/CRM with healthcare/pharma co is highly desirable</li>
