Responsibilities

<li>To perform analysis of market and technology opportunities, strategic competitive analysis that manages GreyOrange's robotics at warehouses.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">To translate market/customer requirements to define "WHAT" needs to be done and "WHY".</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Support any marketing proposal/decision with a comprehensive business rationale.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Direct interaction with customers to understand their requirements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Conduct market and customer research to shape future direction, develop product and solution concepts, and present recommendations to senior management.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Work closely with functional leads and other team members to define product and solution level details required to deliver the next generation of products and solutions to market that meet our customers' demands.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Provide market/customer context to the product engineering team. Develop customer evaluation programs and prepare customer messaging for product issues when necessary in areas of ownership. </li>
</ul>
Requirements 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">5-10 years of experience as a Product Manager in software products preferably with domain knowledge (SCM/ Warehouse domain).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong ability to identify business problems, drive solutions, and objectively measure the impact through KPIs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong written and verbal communication, execution, quantitative, and analytical skills combined with creativity and negotiation abilities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ability to interact with cross-functional and international teams.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience in product lifecycle management is required and prior experience in Agile development (JIRA tooling, creating user stories, prioritization of stories, managing backlog, etc. ) will be highly desirable.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience with SaaS-based enterprise products would be preferred Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a top-tier institute is necessary.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">A Master's Degree / MBA would be an added advantage.</li>
</ul>
