Key Responsibilities:

<li>Coordinate Shipment Operations: Manage end-to-end logistics for both domestic and international shipments including booking, documentation, customs clearance, and real-time tracking of shipments.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Vendor &amp; Transport Management: Collaborate with freight forwarders, transporters, customs agents, and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. Negotiate to achieve cost-effective and efficient transportation solutions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Compliance &amp; Documentation: Ensure all logistics operations adhere to import/export regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipping and customs documentation for audit and compliance purposes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Issue Resolution: Proactively manage and resolve logistics-related issues such as delays, damages, or lost shipments by coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Reporting &amp; Tracking: Maintain shipment trackers, generate regular reports, and update stakeholders on shipment status, exceptions, and performance KPIs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Process Improvement: Contribute to improving logistics workflows and cost efficiency through continuous feedback and performance monitoring.</li>
</ul>

Skills &amp; Qualifications:

<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related roles.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Basic knowledge of import/export regulations, customs processes, and shipping documentation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel) and Google Sheets.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li>
</ul>
