Roles and Responsibilities

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Develop and implement marketing strategies to support brand, product and sales objectives</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Understanding of the distribution channel and aligning the marketing approach, objective and calendar with the same</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Perform competition benchmarking to identify opportunities for growth and improvement through material available offline, trainings, sales pitches, new creatives or any new events taking place in the market</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Handle new product launches, their UI/UX, communications, marketing collaterals, trainings etc.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Develop insights through market research as and when needed</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Plan and execute agent campaigns, events, and promotions to boost product visibility and engagement</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Work with internal teams (e.g., product development, sales, and finance) to ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall business goals</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Since this role involves co-ordination with all stakeholders, this is a completely in-office role</li>
</ul>

Key Skills Required

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven experience in trade marketing or a similar role</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Project Management experience is a plus</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies - particularly in the context of Insurance</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Competition knowledge</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Self-starter</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines</li>
</ul>
