Skill Set:

</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Deep Knowledge of insurance process (quote, policy issuance, underwriting, servicing, finance, claims) and respective customer journeys.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Expertise in Quote to Buy/Servicing journey is a must.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Hands-on experience with SQL and API Integration.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Techno-functional experience is a must in implementing the requirement from a system/application point of view.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;"> In-depth Understanding of Java, microservices architecture and web services is an added advantage.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience in product configuration/rating is an added advantage.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.</li>
</ul>

Job Requirements:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Liaise with the internal business team (Sales, Underwriting, Actuary, Operations, Claims and Finance) and external partners to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications.</li>

</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Define the customer journey.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;"> Coordination with the development team on project planning &amp; deliveries.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Weekly Sprint planning along with Product Managers.</li>
</ul>
