Key responsibilities

Own engagement delivery

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure high quality, well researched, data backed delivery of insights and inputs to the clients and lead the key stakeholders and executive presentations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordination with NGO partners and client stakeholders for timely delivery of services / deliverables. Drive collaboration across teams - internal and external.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Keep up with the updates in the CSR ecosystem and social development space to ably guide the clients</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Contribute to ongoing development of thought leadership content through creation of reports, articles, podcasts etc. Develop content for future clients, current clients as well as for internal knowledge sharing sessions</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Understand the client's vision and co-develop the impact roadmap. Support clients to design / restructure programs in line with business intent which deliver real, measurable, sustainable impact.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage scope, time and resources effectively to ensure reasonable delivery margins</li>
</ul>

Account management

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Own the client relationship and experience across all workstreams</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Drive revenue growth (renewals and expansions), and delivery margins for the portfolio.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Contribute to pre-sales efforts by supporting the development of high quality collateral and compelling proposals.</li>
</ul>

Team Management

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage a team of up to 3 associates to deliver the scope of work and beyond to the clients</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Identify training needs for the team and handhold them for professional development</li>
</ul>

Requirements

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">We at Give believe in learning through doing. We are looking for self-starters who are willing to learn fast and work towards building an excellent customer centric experience while providing them with quality support and guidance.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Graduate / post graduate from top tier institutes with strong academic background. An academic background in sociology / social work / economics / development studies / other allied streams will be a positive but is not essential.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Minimum 7 years’ experience in management consulting, CSR / impact consulting, business strategy, project management roles</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Domain knowledge of CSR rules and understanding of CSR ecosystem in India along with areas of national priority such as skilling, women empowerment, MCH, climate change would be a strong positive, but is not essential</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong relationship building skills with the ability to engage with senior executives</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills, backed by strong verbal and written communication along with keen attention to detail</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Technical Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities including high proficiency in excel / google sheets and powerpoint / google slides</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">SA genuine interest in the social impact space, with a strong commitment to ethical practices, and advancing positive social outcomes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">A bias toward action, ability to manage multiple projects and priorities to deliver on tight deadlines </li>
