Responsibilities 

<ul>
<li>You are the technical owner and manage a team of developers, assign their tasksand provide technical guidance as needed. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Mentor and lead a team of developers. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Participate in requirement discovery with clients, design and develop solutions for the ServiceNow platform, ranging from current feature enhancements and bug fixes to full application suite deployment. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Carry out agile sprint-defined development tasks to support release cycles, including execution of development, unit testing, functional testing, and overall peer review of team member work. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Reviews design and code per sprint to ensure quality. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Creation and customization of complex workflows and custom workflow activities. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Coordinate with Client, Architects, Business Analysts, and developers to translate business requirements to technical requirements and development tasks. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Contribute and review user stories. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Build and maintain technical documentation. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Develop a keen understanding of the products we implement and client business. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Provide production support and be able to resolve problems under pressure. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Assists in project estimation. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Participate in regular Knowledge Transfer sessions with ServiceNow Developers </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Stay current with new and updated capabilities of the ServiceNow Platform </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Coordinate upgrades to Production and Sub-Production instances </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Coordinate sub-production testing, evaluation, and regression remediation </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Participate in blueprinting workshops and contribute with documentation and effort estimation. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Support COE in continuous development of training paths for professional advancement. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Contribute to ongoing definition of best development and solution practices. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Lead training workshops as meanto spread experiences gained across the practice. </li>
</ul>

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualifications 

<ul>
<li>Demonstrate prior experience in leading client projects as a technical lead. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Certified System Administrator (CSA) </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Mainline Implementor certifications (CSM) / Implementation experience of CSM module </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong hand-on experience in Java scripting, debugging and deployment using update sets for new applications, enhancements, and version upgrades </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Hands-on Experience working with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Access Control Lists, API’s, Service Portal etc... </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent communication Skills for client facing roles. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Good management, analytic, problem solving &amp; interpersonal skills </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Self-motivated, Positive outlook &amp; result oriented </li>
