Responsibilities and Duties:

<li>Receive and review the purchase requisitions in client systems</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Liaison with business stakeholders to understand the business requirements and missing information.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Validate, review quote and supporting documentation attached in the purchase requisition.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Perform compliance check adherence to Preferred supplier list, contracts.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Create Purchase Orders in the relevant system.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Follow up for PO acknowledgement.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Create customized Reports around process performance, Service Levels.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Complete all process deliverables as per process Service Levels.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Support team lead in process Deliverables.</li>
</ul>

Minimum Qualifications

<ul>
<li>Education: University Graduate</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Specialized Knowledge: Relevant experience in procurement operations, PR to PO management </li>
</ul>

Skills:

<ul>
<li>Good Verbal and written communication skills in English </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Teamwork</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Basic analytics</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Systems and Tools:</li>
</ul>

<li>Good knowledgeof MS Office</li>
