Responsibilities

<ul>
<li>In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to Treasury domain.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proven experience in Treasury Payments and Cash Management activities</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Daily banks &amp; GL disconnect management.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Provide effective communication between the business, banks, and the other client departments.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Support in ensuring optimal service levels, fee structures, and compliance with global banking regulations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience in managing FX exposures, hedging strategies, and monitoring market trends affecting treasury operations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to Support retained Treasury Leader for daily cash positions, forecast short-term and long-term liquidity needs, and optimize working capital.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Understanding and maintenance of accurate internal controls.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Requirements:

<ul>
<li>CPA / BCOM / MCOM / MBA Finance with relevant Treasury experience </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Relevant years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on treasury operations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Relevant work experience in Treasury – Cash Management</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Good Written and Verbal Communication skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle team and client discussions</li>
</ul>

Preferred qualifications: 

<ul>
<li>Relevant Experience in reputed Captive/Outsourcing Treasury/Banking Ops</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficiency in ERP and treasury platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kyriba) and managing banking portals and integrations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Preferrable experience of working Treasury / Cash Management Tools, MS Office: Outlook, PowerPoint &amp; Excel</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights.</li>
</ul>
