Key Responsibilities: 

<ul>
<li>As a UI/UX, the candidate will participate in the design / development / customization and maintenance of software applications.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>The candidate will also be maintaining a close working relationship with the other application stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience of designing optimized and scalable user interfaces and wireframes. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Investigating user experience design requirements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborating with the different cross platform team both internal and external to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyse and predict user behaviour.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Knowledge of software development life-cycle methodologies e.g. Iterative, Waterfall, Agile, etc.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Participating in troubleshooting application issues.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Jointly working with other teams and partners handling different aspects of the platform creation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Tracking advancements in software development technologies and applying them judiciously in the solution roadmap.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensuring all quality controls and processes are adhered to.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Working closely with the Engineering Manager on different aspects of product lifecycle management.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Demonstrate the ability to independently work in a fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and efficient time management.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Lead the design of intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborate with Brand managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and deliverables.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure design consistency and maintain a cohesive visual language across all products.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Contribute to design team best practices.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Plan, create, and execute A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate design effectiveness.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:

<ul>
<li>Good team player. Also, can work independently too.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Prior experience of working with Global clients.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both Web and Mobile platforms.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), Figma, iOS, Android, Design Systems, Adobe XD. Knowledge of javascript, jquery. Experience using CSS tools and frameworks such as Bootstrap and Semantic UI.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Familiarity with CSS pre-processors such as Sass and Less. Good to have understanding of WordPress platform. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Must have knowledge of working on code repository (Azure Repos, GIT etc..)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git, Azure devops.</li>
</ul>
