Key Responsibilities:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Implement the Thesis Cloud Student Management System Product and modules to meet GBS requirements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Lead and participate in workshops in relation to their solution design.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Analyse requirements and proposed business processes, translating these into a documented Solution Design, using Thesis Cloud standards.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Make recommendations relating to business process re-engineering needed to accommodate the successful implementation of the Product.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Contribute to on-going product development by identifying common Customer requirements and feeding these enhancement requests into the Thesis Cloud product development process.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Participate in and be responsible for the QA of configured test systems to ensure that the Solution Design has been implemented as specified.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Implementation expertise across Thesis Cloud modules like Student Academic Record, Student Admissions, Analytics, Student Billing, Student Communications, Financial Aid, Reporting, Student Life, System Management</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Implement security across the Thesis Cloud system using the RBAC, data security. and industry best practices.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Implement reporting, workflows, &amp; other Thesis Cloud technical features.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support GBS business as usual activities. </li>
</ul>
Required Skills and Qualifications:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Extensive expertise in student management systems like Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Workday Student or any similar SMS systems.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">You will have an in-depth knowledge of our Thesis Cloud software modules, processes and associated products.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Minimum of 3 full cycle implementations of Thesis Cloud or any other student management systems</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelors or master’s degree in a relevant (Financial) study or significant relevant experience in this sector.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent Business Analysis, communication, presentation, leadership, time management and inter-personal skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to effectively lead workshops and presentations to a mixed audience containing differing levels of seniority and experience. </li>
</ul>
Experience:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">7-10 Years of experience.</li>
