Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations Support:

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and exit formalities.</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Manage employee data in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Support the implementation of HR programs, policies, and procedures.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Coordinate employee benefits administration (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ensure that all statutory and non-statutory deductions are applied correctly (e.g., Provident Fund, ESI, taxes).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Resolve payroll discrepancies and provide support to employees on payroll-related queries</li>
</ul>

 Compliance &amp; Reporting:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ensure compliance with statutory labor laws and regulations, including tax, benefits, and social security programs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Assist with the preparation of reports for audits, labor compliance, and other regulatory bodies.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Maintain documentation for all statutory submissions and ensure timely filing of tax, PF, and ESI returns.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Assist in creating reports on HR metrics such as attendance, absenteeism, and other relevant workforce data.</li>
</ul>

 Employee Relations &amp; Support:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Provide administrative support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Assist with employee engagement initiatives and surveys to promote a positive workplace culture.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Coordinate with HR management on performance management, training, and other HR-related programs.</li>
</ul>

 HR Project Assistance:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Provide support on various HR projects and initiatives, including employee surveys, talent management, and HR process improvements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Suggest improvements to existing HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience: 5-9 years of experience in HR operations and payroll processing.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Preferred Knowledge:</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong understanding of payroll processing, labor laws, and statutory requirements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and payroll software.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Knowledge of tax calculations, Provident Fund, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory deductions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
