Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Assist in the design, development, customization, and maintenance of frontend features for web applications.</li>

<li>Work closely with senior developers, designers, product teams, and other stakeholders during development sprints.</li>
</ul>

<li>Implement secure, responsive, and user-friendly UI components under the guidance of senior engineers.</li>
</ul>

<li>Translate designs, mock-ups, and wireframes into clean, maintainable code.</li>
</ul>

<li>Build reusable UI components and contribute to improving frontend code structure.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Understand basic business requirements and help convert them into simple, well-structured technical solutions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Learn and apply best practices to optimize component performance across different browsers and devices.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards shared by the team.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Support the Engineering Manager and senior developers in various stages of the product lifecycle.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Manage assigned tasks efficiently and meet sprint timelines in a fast-paced environment.</li>
</ul>

Required Skills and Qualifications:

<ul>
<li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (Agile, Waterfall, Iterative).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Hands-on experience with JavaScript and TypeScript</li>
</ul>

<li>Fundamental knowledge of React.js, its core concepts, and component-based development.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Exposure to Next.js, Redux, or other frontend frameworks/tools.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Familiarity with HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and responsive design principles.</li>
</ul>

<li>Basic experience working with code repositories like Git or Azure Repos.</li>
</ul>

<li>Good understanding of JavaScript concepts (e.g., callbacks, arrow functions, promises).</li>
</ul>

<li>Willingness to learn modern frontend tools like Babel, Webpack, NPM/Yarn.</li>
</ul>
