Key responsibilities

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Lead and mentor the performance marketing team. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Own all SRN Campaigns (Google, Meta, DV) and ensure healthy growth + CAC/ROI improvement. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Design strategies &amp; long term planning for channel tied to the business objectives like driving volumes in Core markets &amp; improving unit economics in Non-Core </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Stakeholder management with senior leadership, highlighting areas of opportunity within channels, experiment results and areas of improvement. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Determine areas of opportunity, design experiments &amp; incrementality tests, and present data-driven recommendations that improve current marketing and business practices in order to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention by establishing best practices. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Review campaign strategies on an ongoing basis (Creatives, Placements, Campaign types, Bids) while troubleshooting campaign delivery and performance issues. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Navigate through the internal system (Tableau) and third-party systems (Appsflyer) to understand campaign performance and potential issues on attribution &amp; reporting. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conduct full analysis of campaign performance, optimizations, issues, etc. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Make strategic investment/campaign structure changes for long term sustainability of the channel &amp; market. Measure, analyze, and report performance of your channel and support management in driving channel mix and budget decisions. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Deliver input on campaign goals, approaches, and methods to help establish success metrics and KPI's </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Work cross-functionally &amp; cross regionally to develop, launch, scale, and track high-impact campaigns </li>
</ul>
Key requirements 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Atleast 6 -8 years experience in Paid performance marketing with at-least 3-4 years of experience managing Google/Meta campaigns.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Knowledge of both pixel and mobile app measurement and tracking and the ability to resolve ad operations issues that affect campaign tracking and performance. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Familiarity with performance KPIs: CPA, CPC, CPI, CPM, Attribution, and LTV. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Hands-on mentality with a big element of ownership, an analytical and structured way of working, and extraordinary logical thinking skills. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">An understanding of the nuances of both the demand and supply side of a marketplace is also a plus </li>
