Responsibilities:

<li>Leverage high judgment to balance monetization, engagement, and long-term user retention.</li>

<li>Should be able to handle the ad monetisation charter as well, along with in-app revenues.</li>
</ul>

<li>Stay on top of evolving trends, competitors, and player expectations to identify gaps and opportunities in the market. </li>
</ul>
Requirements:

<li>5 to 7+ years of experience in product management in the gaming industry.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Outstanding ability to understand user behavior and derive deep-seated motivations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Capable of data-driven decision-making and strong data analysis skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Passionate about gaming and creating engaging user experiences.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong prioritization and time management skills.</li>
</ul>

<li>Attention to detail and bias for action.</li>
</ul>

<li>It's extremely important to be a self-starter, a driven person who loves solving unsolved problems.</li>
