Responsibilities:

<li style="text-align:left;">Develop and execute performance marketing strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals.</li>
<li style="text-align:left;">Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across channels, such as Google, paid social, ad networks, etc.</li>
<li style="text-align:left;">Analyze data to track, optimize &amp; report key insights regarding the campaign performance.</li>
<li style="text-align:left;">Plan in-depth analysis to uncover user trends, opportunities, and strong data-driven decisions</li>
<li style="text-align:left;">Make resource allocation (budget, tool development, creative development) decisions to meet business objectives.</li>
<li style="text-align:left;">Build an experiment plan by coming up with relevant hypotheses for open problem statements.</li>
<li style="text-align:left;">Influence broader business decisions to help achieve game and UA team goals.</li>
<li style="text-align:left;">Manage and build relationships with key internal &amp; external stakeholders.</li>
<li style="text-align:left;">Incorporate processes across experimentations, creatives, reporting, etc for the UA team.</li>
<li style="text-align:left;">In-depth understanding of user behavior &amp; market landscape.</li>
<li style="text-align:left;">Stay up-to-date on the latest UA trends and technologies</li>
</ul>

Requirements:

<ul>
<li>4+ years of experience with at least 3 years of experience in media buying/user acquisition/ performance marketing.</li>
<li style="text-align:left;">Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.</li>
<li style="text-align:left;">Outstanding creative &amp; analytical problem-solving acumen.</li>
<li style="text-align:left;">Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li style="text-align:left;">Excellent analytical skills - experience working on analytics projects would be preferred.</li>
<li style="text-align:left;">Good understanding of creative best practices.</li>
<li style="text-align:left;">A gaming background would be an added advantage.</li>
