Roles &amp; Responsibilities:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and databases.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, induction, and exit formalities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Administer employee benefits such as insurance, other reimbursements, and ensure timely communication and updates.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Create payroll inputs by gathering and validating attendance, leave, and other related data.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Run error-free and accurate payroll every month for full-time employees, contractors, and other people employed through third-party vendors. Manage HR documentation such as offer letters, contracts, confirmation letters, etc.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, leave, and benefits.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Assist in compliance audits and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies. </li>
</ul>
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">3-4 years of experience in HR Operations or a similar HR role.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Good understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficient in Google Suite(Sheets, Docs, Slides); familiarity with HRMS tools (Keka) is a plus.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality </li>
</ul>
