Must Have:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Handling Full lifecycle recruiting experience of Domestic Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries &amp; interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Hands on experience working on IT requirements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Understanding the requirement according to the specification mentioned by the Direct client.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Analyse new recruiting technologies, sourcing tools and interviewing process to improve success, must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Must have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidates.</li>
