Key Responsibilities

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Facilitate early career and manager learning sessions (both virtual and in-person).</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Assist in developing presentation decks, feedback forms, and training reports.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support program logistics: scheduling sessions, managing invites, coordinating attendance, and collecting feedback.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain program trackers, attendance records, and ensure data accuracy.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Respond to learner queries and ensure smooth session execution.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support LMS operations: content uploads, course assignments, and learner support. Partner with internal teams to coordinate nominations and promote learning opportunities.</li>

Qualifications
Key Qualifications

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">6–8 years of experience in HR, Learning Coordination, or Training roles; </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Should have facilitation skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Basic understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Comfortable working with Google Workspace/MS Office tools (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Calendar).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong communication skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">A proactive learner with a positive, can-do attitude. </li>
<li>Able to manage time effectively and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. </li>
