Key Responsibilities:

Project &amp; Delivery Management

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Track delivery progress in alignment with the product roadmap.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Develop and maintain integrated project and release plans using tools like MS Project and JIRA .</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Apply network management principles including Critical Path , Crashing , Slack , and Float to optimize project timelines.</li>
</ul>

Scope &amp; Risk Management

<ul>
<li>Ensure strict adherence to defined scope, priorities, and deliverables.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proactively identify and escalate risks to prevent scope creep.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Own and maintain the RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) log and ensure timely resolution.</li>
</ul>

Governance &amp; Stakeholder Engagement

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Provide regular updates to PMO governance forums including RAID reviews and Portfolio Execution Reviews .</li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Deliver clear and concise project-level updates to key stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

Agile &amp; Scrum Leadership

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Act as Scrum Master , facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and promoting Agile best practices.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support backlog grooming and sprint planning in collaboration with PO and BAs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain backlog health for 2-3 sprints ahead.</li>
</ul>

Resource &amp; Team Management

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Capture and review resource requirements with CO and PO.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support onboarding of new team members (BA/PO/PM).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain a database of impacted user groups within capability areas.</li>
</ul>

Operational Excellence

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Participate in sprint events to monitor progress and identify risks.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate with PO and BAs to prepare and manage user stories and sprint backlogs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proactively identify and remove roadblocks to ensure backlog readiness.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">10+ years of experience in project management within the supply chain domain (Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or Production Planning).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">PMP certification or equivalent is a strong advantage.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum Master responsibilities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong technical understanding of digital platforms and tools .</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficiency in MS Project , JIRA , and other project management tools.</li>
</ul>
