Roles and Responsibilities: 

Campaign Production &amp; Deployment:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Build, test, and deploy a high volume of marketing and transactional communications across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging platforms. </li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage the end-to-end production process, including HTML/CSS email template creation and modification, audience segmentation, setting up dynamic content, and scheduling sends. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Own the quality assurance process for all outgoing communications, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and brand consistency across all devices and clients. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to campaign setup, rendering, or delivery. </li>
</ul>

Operations &amp; Scaling: 

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Develop and maintain scalable processes and workflows for campaign production to improve efficiency and reduce errors as our user base grows. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage and organize our communications calendar, ensuring timely delivery of all campaigns. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate with the data and engineering teams to ensure the necessary user data attributes are available and correctly integrated into our messaging platforms. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Document all production processes and best practices to create a centralized knowledge base. </li>
</ul>

Performance &amp; Optimization: 

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Implement and manage tracking parameters for all communications to ensure accurate performance measurement. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and opt-out rates for all channels. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Partner with the lifecycle marketing team to set up and execute A/B tests to optimize communication performance, including subject lines, copy, design, and send times. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Provide regular reporting and insights on communication performance to stakeholders. </li>
</ul>

Platform Management: 

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Be a subject matter expert on marketing automation and CRM platforms  </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage the health of our communication platforms, including list hygiene, deliverability monitoring, and preference center management. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Stay current with the latest features and capabilities of our tools to recommend and implement improvements. </li>
</ul>

Mandatory Technical Skills: 

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Marketing Automation/CRM Platforms: Proven, hands-on experience with one or more enterprise-level marketing automation platforms  </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">HTML &amp; CSS for Email: Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS specifically for creating and troubleshooting responsive email templates. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Audience Segmentation: Experience with complex audience segmentation and logic to deliver personalized communications. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Push &amp; In-App Notifications: Direct experience setting up and deploying push notifications and in-app messages for mobile applications. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Liquid or Similar Templating Language: Experience with templating languages (e.g., Liquid, Handlebars) for personalizing content at scale. </li>
</ul>

Education Qualification and Certifications Required:

</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Demonstrated experience managing communication channels for a large-scale user base. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">(Optional but highly recommended) Certifications in relevant marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze Certified Marketer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist).  </li>
