Key Responsibilities: 
Data Management and Reporting:

Compliance and Documentation:

Support to HRBP:

Skills and Qualifications:

<li style="text-align:start;">Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field. A diploma/certification in MIS or Data Analytics is a plus. </li>
<li style="text-align:start;">Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an MIS or HR operations role, preferably in a supply chain or logistics organization. </li>

Technical Skills:
