Responsibilities:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage the legal aspects of commercial real estate transactions from inception to closing, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Oversee and conduct thorough legal research and analysis on complex real estate matters, including zoning, land use, environmental regulations, and other relevant property laws</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Lead and manage the legal due diligence process for potential real estate acquisitions and development projects, identifying and assessing potential risks and liabilities</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conduct and/or oversee comprehensive land title verification, reviewing title reports, surveys, and other relevant documents to identify and resolve title defects, encumbrances, and other issues</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including purchase agreements, sale agreements, lease agreements, development agreements, joint venture agreements, easements, and other real estate-related contracts</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Provide legal support and guidance throughout the real estate development lifecycle, from land acquisition and entitlements to construction and disposition</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure all real estate activities and transactions comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including RERA (where applicable) and local bylaws</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate closely with internal teams, including development, finance, and operations, to provide legal advice and support for real estate initiatives</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage relationships with external legal counsel, title companies, surveyors, and other third-party vendors</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Assist in the resolution of real estate disputes and litigation, coordinating with external counsel as necessary</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Develop and implement strategies for managing legal risks associated with real estate holdings and transactions </li>
