<li style="margin-left:0px;">Set up, structure, and lead the FP&amp;A and Business Finance function from the ground up.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Act as a strategic finance business partner to leadership across all verticals and legal entities.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Drive financial discipline, performance visibility, and decision support across the Group. Budgeting, Forecasting &amp; Performance Management .</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly re-forecasting, and long-range planning processes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prepare and present monthly management reports, dashboards, and board-level presentations.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Analyze actual vs budget/forecast variances and provide actionable insights. Management Reporting &amp; Presentations .</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Own management MIS, KPI dashboards, and performance scorecards.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prepare high-quality management and CFO/Board presentations with clear narratives.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across all reports. Cash Flow &amp; Working Capital Management</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prepare and monitor weekly cash flow projections at Group and entity levels.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Track and analyze working capital drivers (DSO, DPO, inventory turns).</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support liquidity planning and cash optimization initiatives. Cost Management &amp; EBITDA Improvement</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Identify and track key cost drivers across IT Services and E-commerce businesses.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Partner with business teams to drive EBITDA improvement initiatives.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support pricing, margin analysis, customer profitability, and cost optimization projects.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Commercial &amp; Business Partnering , Provide financial input for commercial decisions, business cases, and investment proposals. </li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support new initiatives, product launches, and growth projects with robust financial analysis.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Enable data-driven decision-making with a strong commercial mindset. </li>

Preferred candidate profile

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">CA / CMA with 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in FP&amp;A / Business Finance roles.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Must have worked in Services Industry &amp; or E-commerce Businesses .</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Current or recent role in Business Finance / FP&amp;A leadership capacity.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Delhi NCR-based candidates only (local presence mandatory). Technical &amp; Functional Skills</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Expert-level Excel skills (financial models, scenarios, sensitivity analysis).</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong hands-on PowerPoint skills for senior management and board presentations.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Deep understanding of cost structures, margins, and EBITDA drivers.</li>
