Roles and Responsibilities

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle. </li>
</ul>
Desired Candidate Profile 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">1-3 years of experience in technical recruitment or IT recruitment. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong understanding of corporate recruitment processes and end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Naukri.com or similar platforms. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike. </li>
