Responsibilities -

<ul>
<li>Undertaking detailed credit risk assessment of global counterparties of a large financial services corporation. Typical sub activities include:</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Conducting secondary research for credit report writing - understanding the business model, ownership structure, industry &amp; sector analysis</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Understanding company financial statements- Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash flow statement, noted to financial statements</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Performing financial statement spreading, ratio analysis, cash flow analysis</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Good understanding of Financial Institution/Bank analysis (CAMELS Methodology) would be preferred</li>
</ul>

Work Responsibilities:

<ul>
<li>Analysis of Annual reports to provide detailed financial assessment ratio analysis &amp; write-up</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Industry/country assessment</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Assessment of Ownership, sovereign support etc.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Client communication and delivery of credit reports to the client</li>
</ul>

Required Skills -

<ul>
<li>Experience and proficiency in:</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Understanding of financial statements and ratios used (ratio analysis) for financial analysis of Corporates Profitability, Leverage, Liquidity and/or Understanding of CAMELS methodology and ratios used for analyzing Banks</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience in writing report/credit paper commenting on key financial numbers, business etc.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent written and spoken communication skills (US English); has handled client interactions/calls</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Should be good team player</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Should be able to handle client deliveries</li>
</ul>
