Responsibilities:

<li>Spearhead management of assigned life insurance partnerships </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver new partnerships and bring new products to market</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Work with engineering teams to implement core business requirements when bringing new products to market</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Drive carrier and Ethos-driven initiatives to enhance our offerings and support carrier needs</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proactively research and evaluate potential new products and partnerships to support the strategic goals of the business</li>
</ul>

Qualifications and Skills:

<ul>
<li>Have a bias for action and are comfortable managing partner relationships to achieve the same</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Are self-motivated and persistent to drive outcomes</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Have deep knowledge of the US life insurance market and products</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Have a strong network within the life insurance industry</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Have prior experience working with engineering teams to develop technology solutions in the life insurance space</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Have excellent written and oral communication skills, including understanding stakeholder needs and communicating credibly and effectively to a variety of different audiences</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Are detail-oriented and have strong project management skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Extensive US life insurance experience</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>FSA (or similar) preferred</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Reinsurance or Life Insurance Consulting background a plus</li>
