Key Responsibilities

<ul>
<li>Lead the day-to-day operation, monitoring, and maintenance of all core infrastructure, including Nutanix clusters (deployment, upgrades, monitoring, troubleshooting, capacity planning), OpenShift environments, Dell Precision servers, and associated storage.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Manage, monitor, and maintain all Netgear switches and networking equipment as per the BOQ, ensuring optimal performance, uptime, and security.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maintain and support all equipment and systems located in the AV rack room, including servers, network switches, backup appliances, and related hardware.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Oversee the configuration, patching, and lifecycle management of all production servers (Linux and Windows), including control plane, infrastructure, worker, GPU, and AI model nodes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Administer, monitor, and test backup and disaster recovery solutions using Veeam Backup, ensuring regular backup, restore, and DR testing in line with data retention and compliance policies.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Manage user access, permissions, and security policies across all infrastructure components, including Active Directory and DNS/DHCP using Infoblox, as well as VPN/RDP gateways.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with EY security standards, data protection policies, and audit requirements; coordinate with global and regional security teams as needed.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Support hybrid cloud integration (Azure), including DNS forwarding, application gateways, and secure connectivity between on-premises and cloud environments.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maintain and support the integrated Tech Lab infrastructure, including monitoring of DNS, network, and firewall connectivity between Tech Lab and CEC Production environments.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Manage user access, security, and compliance across both CEC Production and Tech Lab domains and organizational units.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proactively monitor system health, performance, and capacity; respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors for advanced support and warranty claims.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation of all infrastructure assets, configurations, network diagrams, and change management records.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborate with AV, application, and development teams to support new deployments, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Stay current with emerging technologies, best practices, and compliance frameworks relevant to enterprise infrastructure and security.</li>
</ul>
 
Required Qualifications &amp; Skills

<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>7–10 years of hands-on experience in enterprise infrastructure support, virtualization, and networking (Nutanix, VMware, Hyper-V, or similar).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong experience with Nutanix clusters, OpenShift or Kubernetes, and Dell Precision servers (or equivalent enterprise hardware).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficiency in managing Netgear (or similar) switches, VLANs, and enterprise network architectures.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam), storage management, and server lifecycle operations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Solid understanding of Windows and Linux server administration, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP using Infoblox, and remote access solutions (VPN, RDP).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Knowledge of hybrid cloud integration (Azure preferred), security best practices, and compliance frameworks.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-availability, client-facing environment.</li>
</ul>

Desirable Qualifications

<ul>
<li>Nutanix, Red Hat, or Microsoft certifications (e.g., NCP, RHCE, MCSE).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience with GPU virtualization, AI/ML infrastructure, and high-performance computing.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Familiarity with AV rack room environments and support for AV/IT convergence.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience with compliance audits and security incident response. </li>
</ul>
